Booking Process

Fill out and submit the Booking Application Form.

Pay the booking amount of ₹2,00,000 via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or UPI.

Receive booking confirmation and payment receipt.

Visit the project site and select your preferred floor/unit.

Complete all booking documentation and formalities.

Pay 10% of the total sale consideration within 15 days of booking.

Receive the Allotment Letter and Buyer's Agreement (BBA).

Important: Limited units available. To secure your preferred unit, pay the booking amount of ₹2,00,000 at the earliest. Allotments are being offered on a First Come, First Served basis, subject to availability.
